Job Schedule: 3/12: Employees work 12 hour days, 3 days a week (Friday - Sunday, 6AM to 630PM)

Job Description:  

Responsible for Production In-Process and Final inspections of L3Harris products.

 Essential Functions: 

• Responsible for in-process and final inspection of Thermal, Night Vision, Laser and Fused systems.

• Perform visual inspections of electrical components, sub-assemblies and assemblies using magnifiers, microscopes, and other non-complex tools.

• Perform functional test of final assemblies.

• Review of documentation (route sheets, test sheets, logbooks, etc.).

• Document non-conformances for immediate action.

• Perform internal Calibration, Chemical, Work Instruction, ESD and Process audits.

• Work with QE, ME, QT to recommend inspection process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior inspection experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior inspection experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience maintaining records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures.

• IPC-A-610 Certification.
