  • Conduct inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues before they affect operations.
  • Calibrate, maintain, and repair cleanroom-related equipment, including HVAC units, HEPA filters, dehumidifiers, air handlers, desiccant dryers, pneumatic actuators, moisture and particulate filtration systems, and digital control systems.
  • Support contamination control and cleanroom operations through routine cleaning, monitoring environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and particulate levels, conducting inspections and audits, enforcing gowning procedures, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the installation, modification, upgrade, and qualification of new systems and equipment, including electrical installations and system integrations.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment by demonstrating respect, sharing knowledge, contributing to effective work practices, and providing hands-on training in cleanroom procedures, system operations, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, OSHA requirements, and environmental policies while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment through proactive housekeeping.
  • Communicate regularly with team members regarding cleanroom operations, equipment status, and satellite processing activities, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in multi-trade facilities roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in ISO Class 7 cleanroom environments.
  • Extensive background in HVAC systems (including control sequences), electrical systems (wiring, circuits, panels, distribution, and code compliance), plant utilities (steam boilers, chillers, purified water, pumps/drives, boiler treatment), and cleanroom operations.
  • Experience with building automation systems.
