Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge. Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks. Communicate with contacts with your own team to explain and interpret information. Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines. Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing, status reports/tracking. May perform some research or data analysis tasks.

Supports depot service by tracking, checking and entering all depot transactions daily form the EAGLE database into the ELMS database. Check and analyze records and data transactions. Maintains a safe work environment by following standards and procedures. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes warehousing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. This position will assist warehouse operation, including data entry in ELMS and EAGLE and support the purchasing requests process. Knowledge of EAGLE and ELMS is a plus.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Conduct monthly inventories of equipment and annotate deficiencies
  • Data verification and quality control
  • Track ship request to the customer
  • Create part location in EAGLE
  • Create and receive parts in ELMS
  • Manage National Stock Numbers in ELMS
  • Change condition codes in ELMS
  • Provide weekly transaction report for all Shipped parts
  • Look up Sources of Supply
  • Type data into a spreadsheet, document or database
  • Compile and sort source (hard copy) data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
