Job Description:

Performs and monitors management (and procedural application) of manual and/or automated inventory control actions for C-32A, C-40B/C, and C-37A/B aircraft. Knowledge of the L-3Harris and Big Safari supply chain is a plus.  Provides customer service  with duties to include issuing & receiving parts to contracted maintenance personnel and FSRs, keeping track of all issue-and-receive data in the BSI by serial number, and collaborating with logistics peers on and off site. Computes and accumulates data for use in analysis. Performs inventories, and ensures timely correction of discrepancies. Prepares, analyses, and evaluates reports, procedures, and policy data.  Obtains material required for equipment modification, periodic component exchange, and bills of material in support of maintenance.  Inspects and identifies property.  Inspects conditions of property received. Compares property with orders to ensure correct parts received.  Issues and transfers property.  Issues, ships, or transfers property from issue, shipping, or transfer destination points through coordination with customers. Additionally would control issue of classified sensitive and controlled items, obtaining custody or document receipts.  Work closely with the Greenville program office and the Big Safari Depot to affect repairs of components.

• Works hand in hand with Logistics Management to ensure that logistical concerns are addressed optimally.

Qualifications:

• Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Requires advanced job knowledge/skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
