Job Description:
The Missile Solutions CAD Services team is seeking a motivated CAD Engineering Intern to support design engineers across multiple sites. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience creating and verifying product definition using industry‑standard CAD and PLM tools.
Responsibilities:
• Assist engineers with CAD model and drawing creation using Creo or NX and Windchill PLM
• Help verify product definition for accuracy and compliance with engineering standards
• Support tolerance analysis and apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Work from preliminary design layouts to prepare models, drawings, and EBOMs
• Communicate verification findings using digital markup tools
• Contribute design ideas and support model‑centric design practices
Qualifications:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree, or a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Materials Science Engineering or related field at an accredited university.
