Job Description:  

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Operations Program Integrator. This position will be based at our AMF South facility. In this role, you will lead and represent the Operations team across multiple sites in developing and executing maturity and transition plans for development stage programs. This role will be the primary interface with key team members to ensure alignment of Operations and Program objectives across multiple sites. 

Essential Functions: 

• Establish and oversee program plans for the operations site teams to successfully execute the program requirements relative to schedule, cost, and performance/quality. This will include hardware manufacturing, tool design and fabrication, staffing, process development, and facility needs.

• Interface with program teams members and customers to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.

• Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.

• Work special projects as assigned and recommend improvements to key processes that would improve the overall flow of the site's products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
