Job Description: 

We are seeking to fill a Structures & Dynamics role at our Huntsville, AL facility.  Summer internships will start in approximately May/June and end in August/September.

• Projects will focus around structural analysis of solid rocket motors.
• Tasks will primarily involve the setup and operation of finite element models to determine the loads, deflections, and stresses/strains, all under the supervision of senior engineering staff.
• Majority of analysis will be under static loads with very limited dynamic analysis.
• Prior finite element analysis exposure/experience is a plus but not required.

 Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in  Aerospace, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field.
