Successful candidate will work with subject matter experts to develop/deliver technical training for airborne and ground-based systems. This position requires attention to detail and follow-up on all delegated assignments. Partner with engineering teams, relevant team members, and customer representatives to define the priorities for curriculum/courseware development and to coordinate completion with product release dates. Develop/deliver training presentations and lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements and vendor spec sheets. Create course materials that ensure participants have a solid understanding of the systems, and the skills needed to operate or maintain their systems in their day-to-day responsibilities. Must be able to deliver course materials in a formal classroom setting, trainer/simulator environment, or on aircraft.
- Works under general supervision and may be responsible for entire programs.
- Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized. Problems are typically solved through advanced education or past experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- This positions requires DoD Secret clearance at time of hire (Must be a US Citizen).
