Job Description:
Job duties include being responsible for planning, organization and control of engineering tasks associated with the support of airborne testing to include signal development, equipment design, integration and adaptation of various test equipment. The candidate will evaluate current test equipment, make recommendations for future expansion, coordinate test activities and resolve engineering design issues concerned with technical development. The candidate will set the highest ethical standards for self and others and perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
As a member of the Multi-Sensor Test Facility test engineers will be assigned to the support of engineering development efforts for assigned programs and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for the technical performance of the program, airborne testing and the technical interface to the Program Management Office for the MSTF.
Must be willing and able to work other shifts, weekends and overtime as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a similar field with 2 years of prior related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
