Position Description:
Perform as a real estate associate and business analyst for the ISR Sector group which includes several divisions. Analyzes capital expenditure requests and assists with business case analysis (AFEs) and assists in obtaining required approvals, forecasts capital expenditures, compiles and reviews financial reports as well as assists with revisions to related policies and procedures. Aids in maintaining compliance and assists in interface with internal and external audit organizations. Roles includes managing lease operations and agreements for property portfolio for several divisions. Managing lease renewals, and maintaining accurate records of all lease transactions.

Essential Functions:
Position duties include, but not limited to the following requirements:
- Manage and oversee the leasing operations for L3Harris.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information, and financial transactions.
- Monitor lease expirations and renewals and proactively manage lease renewals and extensions.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
- Organize capital expenditure data, analyze business cases, and assist in obtaining approvals for capital expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 1 year or less of experience in real estate lease management or related role.
