Job Description:

Are you passionate about turning complex technical information into impactful learning experiences? We’re looking for a skilled and driven professional to help shape and deliver technical training for advanced airborne and ground-based warfighter systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, engineering teams, and customer representatives to design and deliver high-quality training programs that support mission readiness and operational success. You’ll play a key role in developing curriculum and courseware aligned with product release schedules, ensuring users are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to operate and maintain critical systems effectively.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with subject matter experts and engineering teams to develop and deliver engaging technical training
  • Create curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, and course materials based on engineering documentation, field service needs, and vendor specifications
  • Work closely with internal teams and customer representatives to establish development priorities and align training delivery with product release timelines
  • Ability to translate complex system information into clear, effective instruction for a range of audiences
  • Ensure warfighters gain a strong understanding of system operation, maintenance, and real-world application
  • Travel up to 10% annually, including occasional international travel, to support training delivery and customer needs worldwide

 Qualifications:

  • Requires an active current Top Secret/SCI clearance at time of hire. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Experience with an ELINT/COMINT/SIGINT operator on one or more military ISR platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing training programs using an instructional design methodology.

 Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Formal U.S. military instructional experience desired (TRADOC, AETC)
