This Specialist, Program Management will analyze relevant data, perform detailed assessments, and prepare reports for the customer in the logistics arena of obsolescence management and diminishing manufacturing sources (DMS) management. This candidate will have a strong knowledge of aircraft production, aircraft requirements, and minimal project management that include directing complex projects and ongoing administrative functions of the program initiatives while adhering to contractual obligations and subsequent reporting.

Essential Functions:
- Responsible to perform analysis, develop strategies, and prepare detailed reports using tools and data available in L3Harris systems and USAF inventory systems.
- Manages and prepares CDRL’s, analysis, and reports per the Customer contract requirements.
- Acts as primary customer contact for program obsolescence and DMS management activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost and technical performance to ensure seamless execution.
- Drives program planning to achieve key business and financial objectives to resolve obsolescence and DMS issues that the customer elects to pursue.
- Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
- Works with Functions assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas to identify areas of improvement for systems and processes.
- Effectively communicates with all levels of co-workers, senior management, and customer.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing MS Excel’s advanced applications
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Preferred Experience:
- BSI (Big Safari Inventory) knowledge
- Demonstrated experience with Data Analysis related to inventory
- Demonstrated experience with Material Management
- Demonstrated oversight of critical inventory and management or parts availability, obsolescence, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and engage with stakeholders at varying levels
