Job Description:

• Planning, statusing, and reporting of time phased budgets to support program budget/forecast planning and EACs.
• Establishing and maintaining each programs budget baseline for multiple functional areas
• Interfacing with Program Management, Program Controls, Contracts, Accounting, and Functional Leads as the primary liaison pertaining to the Financial Reporting and Manpower Planning for Electrical and Mechanical Manufacturing. Setup and maintenance of projects in Labor Tracking System (LTS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a minimum clearance of Secret

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with SAP software & Earned Value reporting preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
