Job Description:
The Aircraft Maintenance Requirements Aircraft Coordinator tracks and monitors aircraft/engine repeat and one-time inspections in CAMP. This position tracks aircraft utilization rate and monitor and ensure accuracy of CAMP generated maintenance projections. Ensure aircraft, engine and component times and cycles recorded in CAMP match aircraft flight and maintenance logbooks.
Essential Functions:

- Monitor MRO C-Check inspection progress daily and capture all squawks/non-routines – record for transparency and accountability.
- Research SBs, ADs and special inspections to determine effectivity. Submit recommendations to Customer for accomplishment considerations.
- Prepare Sb completion reports and submit to OEM.
- Coordinate with CAMP to ensure completed DRs and W/O’s from documents control are entered to show compliance for SBs, ADs, Time Change Item and Special Inspections.
- Prepare to adjust SWO projection bid efforts to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Control Inspector for damage/repair components returned to supply warehouse.
- Attend regularly scheduled Maintenance meetings with the off-sites and Customers to review open maintenance items.
- Ensure OEM data is provided to the department and issued to the appropriate functions including field teams.
- Coordinate with CAMP/Daniels Systems relating to Maintenance Inspection Plan (MIP) revisions and any maintenance data base issues.
- Review updated MIP annually against OEM MPD revisions and verify update in CAMP.
- Create local inspection work cards for aircraft repair and Mod Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICAs)
- Coordinate with OEM on aircraft, engines, and component issues.
- Develop and maintain Maintenance Requirements Document for upcoming “C” Checks or scheduled drop in modification visits.
- Sample CAMP data for accuracy.
- Provide around the clock technical support to Field Team, Engineering, Program Office, Procurement, Planning, Production, Quality, and Customer.
- Coordinate with OEM on Aircraft structural and modification issues through use of Service Request (SR) forms.
- Prepare Access List and Monthly Logistics Report and distribute.
- Maintain Airworthiness Directives (AD) Assessment Matrix
- Maintain Cyclic: 5-year funding roadmap and 7-year maintenance roadmap.
- Maintain Aircraft Health of the Fleet Reliability Report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Active Secret security clearance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Boeing 757 Aircraft Maintenance experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft engine management or Aircraft maintenance
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Working Knowledge of FAA requirements
- Familiar with Commercial Aircraft Manuals
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of maintenance management software. (CAMP Preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
