Schedule: Willing to work any shift (Mon-Thur 6:30am–5:00pm; Mon-Thur 4:30pm-3:00am; Fri-Sun 6:30am - 7pm)

Job Description:

Responsible for organizing and leading aircraft day-to-day production requirements that includes scheduling, budgeting, quality, and performance of a team which could consist of up to 15 direct reports.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with special access
• Experience with RC-135, C-12, C-32, C-37, G-550,VC-25, and Globel Express aircraft is a plus
• Knowledge of M&P processes and component repairs is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to read and write English
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, aircraft maintenance manuals,TPS/TMS documents and possess general aviation knowledge
• Must have in-depth understanding and experience with aircraft paint and strip processes
• Must possess a working knowledge of military, commercial, or general aviation aircraft
• General knowledge in Microsoft Office
• General knowledge with SAP

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication
• Works with and uses all tools, materials, instruments, machines and equipment necessary to perform duties
