This Senior Specialist, Project Manager will establish and maintain multiple projects required for the proprietary modification programs. This candidate will have knowledge of aircraft production, aircraft requirements, and project management that includes directing complex projects and ongoing administrative functions of the program initiatives while adhering to contractual obligations and subsequent reporting.

Experience in Manufacturing / Aircraft Maintenance is preferred.
Essential Functions:
- Works with Functions assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas to identify areas of improvement for systems and processes.
- Effectively communicates with all levels of co-workers, senior management, and customer.
- Acts as primary customer contact for program maintenance activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost and technical performance to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist in preparation of proposals, and specifications of contract for periodic maintenance, aircraft requirements, and other aircraft configuration paperwork.
- Drives all phases of aircraft requirements and modification installation planning and execution from inception through completion.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with ability to maintain.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft production, aircraft requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with project management that includes directing complex projects and ongoing administrative functions.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with SAP (or other ERP system)
