Job Description:

The Security Program Manager (SPM) will oversee the organization’s strategic security initiatives, align security goals with business objectives, and monitor compliance requirements.

Essential Functions:

Strategic Planning
- Define technical direction and success metrics as well as lead the security and information technology roadmap.

Project Management
- Monitor the planning, budgeting, and vendor management of security and information technology projects

Cross-Functional Collarboration
- Partner with ISSM’s, CPSO’s, Engineering, and the Customer to ensure projects are complete timely and within accredidation guidelines.

Incident Response
- Support, manage, and lead efforts during security breaches, physical and cyber threats, and tracking those items through fact finding, decision making, and completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated experience working security requirements in SAP and Classified environments.
Demonstrated experience working crossfunctionally with internal/external stakeholders at varying levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing and changing priorities
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Some education in business/management/program management related studies.
Experience with SAP (System Applications and Products) software.
Knowledge of Aircraft Flight Operations procedure.
Familiarity with Resource Management (Facilities) processes.
Experience with Production Control Station processes.
