This position is for a Senior Associate within Inventory Management, that is responsible for supporting field operations for both scheduled and unscheduled repairs and modifications. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring equipment is fielded in a timely manner to support modification schedules. Additional responsibilities include internal tracking of materials through in-house production areas and management of shortages. Candidates should be detail-oriented and driven individuals. This role plays a critical part in maintaining balanced production flow by ensuring equipment and materials are aligned with field team production schedules. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple USAF field operations world-wide with aircraft mission equipment, including MICAP & AOG situations
- Work closely with various Program Office personnel to support field modifications and ensure equipment is onsite and available for field teams
- Track and maintain all field site repairs and DIFMs
- Manage weekly field site status reports
- Monitor and track all shop and ATSS bonded stock material shortages for in-house repairs
- Collaborate and communicate with Customer and Program Office on tracking of Sustainment contract funding to ensure budget adherence
- Communicate status, risks, and constraints clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance scheduling accuracy and production flow
- Travel, both domestic & international to support field efforts

Qualifications:

- Solid experience/proficiency in BSI, SAP, DocLinks, GBSO & Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on internal and external customer satisfaction
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Previous experience working with USAF personnel/customers
- Previous experience within MRP/ERP environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment
