Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring facility-wide access control, alarm, and fire alarm systems to ensure site security and safety. Receives, documents, and relays information via radio, telephone, and computer networks. Monitors weather conditions for Hangar Dock and Line flightline operations. Supports IP camera and badge access investigations, prepares detailed incident and alarm response reports, and helps ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitors 911/Crash phones and dispatches appropriate personnel to emergencies across the facility. Follows established work practices and control procedures for Security Control/Dispatch Center operations.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor all onsite cameras and alarm systems.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing access control systems.
• Dispatching personnel to routine calls and emergency responses.
• Assisting Security administrators in various areas.
• Successfully complete in-house training and certification program.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. This may increase or decrease depending on day-to-day business needs.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the facility.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, computer, computer printer, phone, radio, or other relevant required equipment.
• Occasionally ascends / descends stairs.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with internal and/or external personnel. Must be able to exchange accurate information in normal as well as emergency situations.
• Must be able to detect potential weather incidents or fire threats via systems or by physical means.

Qualifications:

• Active US Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities and information under stressful conditions.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite and Windows operating systems as well as industry related graphical-user-interface computer desktop applications.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with C-Cure 9000, Network Client, and CCTV is a plus.
• Knowledge of UL 2050 requirements/prior control center experience is a plus.
