The Project Manager Associate (PMA):

Will be responsible for coordinating Resource Management (Facilities) support of all program infrastructure (hangars, buildings, etc.) to include maintenance, renovations, etc. 

Conduct facfilities management in a manufacturing or aerospace/aviation envorinment with an understanding of FAA/OSHA/and other safety/security requirements.

Will support engagement with vendors to include SOW’s/quotes/and will facilitate project oversight while work is being conducted.

Will be responsible for executing Aircraft Flight Operations support to include tracking certifications, flight approvals, etc.    

Will have co-responsibility for supporting Production Control Station processses to include Planning Tickets, Mandatory Calls, Deficiency Records, etc.

Will maintain equipment loan accounts.

Will work closely with Program Management and admin personnel to assist with other tasks as directed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple/competing priorities
• Ability to work extended hours
• Ability to be reached on 24/7 basis for emergency situational support.
• Ability to travel if needed

Preferred Experience:

• Some College in business/management/program management related studies
• Demonstrated experience with SAP (System Applications and Products) software
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aircraft Flight Operations procedure
