Job Description:
Candidate will collaborate with System Engineers and Test Engineers within COMINT, IMINT, Data Link Subsystems, and Network Architecture in support of an Airborne Mission System and Ground Control Stations. Primary tasks include engagement in technical planning, design, analysis, implementation, system integration, validation, and verification.
This role demands strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and effective problem-solving capabilities, along with the capacity to work independently. Responsibilities include executing tasks assigned by the Program Manager and Project Engineer, such as managing essential mission system documentation, organizing and overseeing scheduled events, and ensuring the completion of delegated assignments.
Essential Functions:
· Responsible for the coordination of technical inputs from assigned engineering teams.
· Engage in technical discussions with assigned engineering teams.
· Applies Systems Engineering design, standards, principles, integration, and test methods.
· Display knowledge in EO/IR (Electro-Optical/Infrared).
· Comprehend Ku-Band SATCOM, Tactical Common Data Link, and Video Data Link.
· Familiarity with network architecture and installation/configuration of COTS Software applications.
· Broad flexibility to understand the Subsystems that comprise the Mission System.
· Demonstrated problem solving and decision making with other engineering disciplines.
· Create and manage Test Procedures, Mission System Initialization/Configuration Documentation, System Block Diagrams, and Software Configuration Management documentation.
· Comprehend Electrical and Mechanical Drawings.
· Understand the concept of a Systems Integration Lab on the efforts involved in designing and maintaining operational status.
· Willingness to travel 10% of the time to a designated international location to support integration efforts, to include unplanned events that demand a quick departure.
Qualifications:
· Secret Clearance required.
· Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.

· Top Secret/SCI
· Microsoft Visio, GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP).
· Confluence, DocLinks, Engineering Estimating System Tool (EEST), Historical Actual Tools (HAT), Jira, Part Smart, Software Configuration Management System (SCMS), Software Identification Form Tool (SWIFT), and TeamCenter.
· Understand Exports/ITAR processes to include Justification Certification Assessment (JCA) involving the distribution of Hardware, Software, and Documentation.
· Accessing the L3Harris Global Trade Compliance Portal and coordinating with the Trade Compliance Office.
· Previous experience with JAVAMAN™, RIO™, Viewpoint.
