Job Description:

The Lead Product Training position will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to develop/deliver technical training for airborne and ground-based systems. This position requires attention to detail and follow-up on all delegated assignments.

Essential Functions:

  • Works under general supervision and will be responsible for the task leadership of one or more programs to include the daily oversight of courseware development activities and interfacing with the PMO and customer.
  • Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized. Problems are typically solved through advanced education or experience.
  • Partners with engineering teams, relevant team members, and customer representatives to define the priorities for curriculum/courseware development and to coordinate completion with product release dates.
  • Develop/deliver training presentations and lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements and vendor spec sheets.
  • Create course materials that ensure participants have a solid understanding of the systems, and the skills needed to operate or maintain their systems in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Must be able to deliver course materials in a formal classroom setting, trainer/simulator environment, or on aircraft.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop and deliver complex topics.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.
  • Training development and delivery in a technical environment.
  • Implementing training programs using instructional design methodology.
  • ELINT/COMINT/SIGINT operator on one or more military ISR platforms.
  • Must possess an operational knowledge of ISR mission systems.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 10% to support programs as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with nine (9) years of prior ELINT/COMINT/SIGINT operator experience on one or more Military ISR Platforms.
  • Graduate Degree with seven (7) years of prior ELINT/COMINT/SIGINT operator experience on one or more Military ISR Platforms.
  • In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 13 years of prior ELINT/COMINT/SIGINT operator experience on one or more Military ISR Platforms.
  • Must have an active Secret DoD Clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
