The Director of Program Finance has responsibility for the strategic leadership and financial execution of the assigned business area.

Working in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment and will be counted on to provide proactive, strategic input to program managers, as well as functional and executive leadership
Essential Functions:
- Advise Program Management on all business-related issues affecting the Programs and maintain a collaborative environment across business functions to facilitate the realization of financial and strategic goals
- Responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all day to day financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals
- Responsible for development of the business area Annual Operating and Strategic Growth Plans
- Oversight of program financials for Orders, Sales, Operating Income, Cash and Working Capital including preparation of financial reports and briefings to leadership
- Prepare and provide status of Program’s financial performance to senior Program and Functional Leadership
- Lead and oversee the Estimate of Completion (EAC) process and review
- Work closely with the Sector FP&A organization to provide analysis and support for monthly and quarterly forecasts and analysisManage organizational talent through development plans and succession plans; partnering with other Finance leaders to identify and develop future leaders
- Perform other duties assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Clearance (Active DoD Clearance preferred) which requires US Citizenship
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.

- Budgets & Rates
- Earned Value
Preferred Experience:
- Aerospace and/or DoD industry experience
- Demonstrated financial acumen blended with business partnership and leadership
- Demonstrated business-oriented thinker with a global perspective, capable of delivering world-class results against aggressive goals and stretch targets
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement and experience with financial systems and process change initiatives
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to attract, retain and develop talent
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and/or present to internal/external stakeholders at all levels, including executives as well as frame and interpret issues
