Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off   

Job Description: 

• Assist with engineering testing and analysis of aircraft and equipment for Electromagnetic Interferences and Electromagnetic Compatabilties (EMI/EMC). 

Essential Functions:

• Assist in determining aircraft EMI/EMC electronic systems compatibility per MIL-STD-461G and RTCA DO-160.
• Support HIRF High-Intensity Radiated Field analysis, Lightning analysis to determine feasibility of aircraft design.
• Utilize modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree Electrical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Computer Engineering or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.  

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Knowledge and/or experience with RF design, antenna theory 
• Knowledge of network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators
• Excellent communication, technical writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge of and/or understanding circuit analysis and operational concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
