Job Description:

The Associate, Configuration Management position will be responsible for performing as a Designated Transfer Agent (DTA) supporting program management, project engineering, and other engineering functions. The DTA will perform detailed article transfer between networks, run automated review tools, burn optical media, perform scans of removeable media, and document detailed forms and logs. Member will be required to interface with all departments supporting the program. 

Essential Functions:

• Review and approve/reject all program documentation and articles against established standards, coordinate with the organization’s security for new or changing requirements and integrate with program teams to coordinate transfers.
• Act as a primary point of contact to ensure content creators follow data identification, marking, review and release procedures.
• Enforce the protection of intellectual property.
• Run automated review tools and virus scans.
• Burn optical media.
• Fill out detailed forms and logs.
• Must have a high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data marking, formatting, and handling of documentation.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office products, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate orally and in written form.
• Effective organizational skills.
• 1-2 years of Siemens Teamcenter Product Life-Cycle Management tool experience.
• Detail oriented self-starter.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with one (1) to two (2) years of Configuration Management experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of four (4) years of Configuration Management experience.
• Must have an active Secret clearance at the time of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
