Job Description:
The ISR Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team. This position will involve preparing weekly reports, coordinating travel logistics, processing expense reports, assisting with new hire orientations, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and demonstrate outstanding teamwork skills, consistently aiming for excellence in all duties.
Essential Functions:
- Provide direct administrative support to manager(s) to include calendar, scheduling, report, travel, budget, etc.
- Provide general administrative support for labor corrections, travel, expenses, IT, supply inventory, training compliance, on/offboarding
- Manage schedules for manager(s), prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Plan meetings and take minutes for meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and TEAMS to create presentations and communicate information
- Organize and execute employee morale events
- Assist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of conference rooms
- Maintain required level of confidentiality
- Serve as back up support to other administrative team members
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Proficient administrative/clerical skills
- Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be familiar with basic software and demonstrate willingness to learn new software
