Essential Functions
- Receive, verify, store, and issue parts and materials to support production needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and ensure accurate part identification, locations, and inventory counts.
- Perform daily data entry, maintain accurate computerized inventory records, and resolve part discrepancies.
- Coordinate workload and adjust to changing priorities while collaborating with Receiving, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Contracts.
- Load and unload materials using manual or power‑assisted equipment; lift and move items up to 50 lbs and transport materials between operational areas.
- Determine shipment routing within established guidelines.
- Train and support less experienced team members.
- Maintain accurate time charging, follow established procedures, and keep work areas orderly.
- Work independently and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, material handling, computerized inventory systems, and working with cross‑functional operational teams, including use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to work an onsite shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with inventory practices in an aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or material requirements planning (MRP) systems.
- Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) in a production or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with L3Harris product lines or applicable industry standards.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $44,000 - $82,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
