About the role

We are seeking a Safety & Quality Program Manager to join us on our high-profile and critical NDS program. Working closely with technical engineering teams and support functions, you will ensure the delivery of L3Harris solutions, in line with our customer’s specifications, budget and timeframe requirements. 

Your activities will focus on defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities in accordance with L3Harris Project Management Policy and Process. You will manage and deliver the assigned project activities, deliverables and baselines in accordance with the agreed contract schedule and the assigned budget. You will be driving the assuance that relevant roles within their department/function are aware of their responsibilities for complying with relevant QHSE Management System policies and procedures

Day-to-day your tasks may include but not be limited to: managing the relationship and communication between all stakeholders; Provide leadership and maintain a proactive and cohesive project team; manage resource availability & allocation; Provide proactive management of project Risk and Opportunities; Assist with preparation of proposals and tender responses

About you

To be successful in these roles, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;

• Proven experience in a Program Manager role 

• Financial management and budgeting in a Project context

• Safety and risk awareness in project execution

• Practised reporting capability specifically with financials, schedule, and resourcing

• Supplier/sub-contractor relationship management experience
