About the role

 

We are seeking an experienced Configuration Management (CM) Lead to assist with the creation and control of engineering data. Your focus will be on the development of the plans and processes required for IMSA to deliver products and services per the customer requirements. 

As a key member of multiple projects teams your tasks may include but not be limited to, Championing the implementation of our PLM Tool, Development and delivery of CM plans and processes, basic CM training material for new users and supporting teams to define strategy through the entire lifecycle.


Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering, CM or related field
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcentre PLM
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in CM in a Defence or strong regulatory environment i.e Aerospace or Rail Industries
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management Standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to fulfilling role requirements
  • Hold and Maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Australian Defence Security Clearance
  • Meet the requirements for access to ITAR controlled technology and data
