Job Description:

Fully proficient support individual contributor responsible for coordinating repair orders, managing department inventory, and maintaining accurate repair records. Works under limited supervision with general instructions and minimal peer review. Performs moderately difficult assignments requiring judgment within established procedures and defined boundaries. Resolves most routine issues and serves as a resource to other employees in areas of expertise. Supports operational targets that contribute to overall team results.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with department team members to coordinate repair activities and support operational priorities.
• Manage department inventory, order parts, and perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and adequate stock levels.
• Track and document detailed repair histories, including work performed, parts used, and repair status.
• Communicate effectively with external customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide repair status updates and estimated return dates.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional, timely, and responsive support.
• Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and related records in a timely manner.
• Manage scheduled repair orders, including expedited orders and special requests, to support timely completion and delivery.
• Serve as a resource to other employees in areas of proficiency, providing guidance on departmental processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
• Experience with SAP / Agile / ARMA / Service Bench
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills and product knowledge

The salary range for this role in Virginia (outside of Greater D.C. area) is $45,000 - $84,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
