Job Description:

Looking for highly driven individuals to join our L3Harris Assembly team! Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly work following engineering drawings, connection lists, and interconnect diagrams.  Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation and cable harnessing on assembly units

Essential Functions:

• Interpersonal, Customer facing internal  
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal guidance
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend
• Basic computer skills are required for time entry, email, and engineering document retrieval

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior assembly experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior assembly experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

• IPC 610 & 620
• Interpreting complex drawings
• Perform assembly work following engineering drawings
• Telecommunications/drawings Troubleshooting
• Microsoft Office
