Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Document Management (DM) analyst to support Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) technical editing activities on the Maintenance of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) program.

 

 Essential Functions:

  • Edit and format program documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and template compliance using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Create and maintain standard templates and support authors with document preparation.
  • Coordinate reviews and due dates with authors and project managers to ensure timely document delivery.
  • Manage document control activities, including review workflows and proper handling of classified materials. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Understanding of ASME Y14.100 
  • Understanding of DoD 50101.12-M Procedures for the Acquisition and Management of Technical Data 
  • Knowledge of EIA-649B, EIA-649C or MIL-STD-973 Configuration Management Principles as they apply to both Hardware and Software 
  • Experience reading and understanding Contract Statements of Work  
  • Experience with PLM relevant tools like Vault Professional PDM, Agile PLM, Windchill, or Teamcenter 

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state is $57,500-$107,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
