Job Description:
The Space Superiority Division is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support cost-plus development and T&M programs with footprint in Colorado Springs, CO. The candidate will be responsible for the execution of program finance processes and deliverables; inclusive of: budgeting, EVMS, CDRL preparation, internal financial metrics reporting, and partnership with program management.
Essential Functions:
- Works to achieve program operational targets to impact overall division results
- Completing OSPI forecasting and analysis
- EVMS and financial reporting
- Working with multiple contract types.
- Providing financial analysis for audits and other financial activities
- Knowing L3Harris policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in an inclusive environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to recognize trends that present financial risks or opportunities
- Strong Proficiency in Earned Value Management
- Experience with creating financial forecasts
- Proficiency with a financial ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 2+ Years Experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set, including the capability to interface with customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization
- Ability to proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with moderate supervision
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Cobra or OSPgov is a plus
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state is $67,000-$124,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
