Job Description:
This position supports an Electronic Warfare sustainment program. Individuals in this program will learn skills in systems integration and test focused on the development of test, configuration, and other technical procedures. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to support the development of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE): Learn and utilize TMDE to support product testing and diagnostics.
- Deficiency Reporting: Identify, document, and report discrepancies and deficiencies discovered during the testing process.
- Industry Standards: Learn and apply relevant industry standards to ensure compliance and quality.
- BOM Creation / Management: Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) for various projects.
- Engineering Tools: Gain proficiency with engineering tools such as DOORS, Agile PLM, Atlassian Tools, AutoCAD, and Creo to support various engineering tasks.
- Link Budget Analysis: Perform link budget analysis to ensure communication system integrity and performance.
- Software Testing: Conduct software testing to identify and resolve issues, ensuring software performance and reliability.
- Linux and Containerization Concepts: Understand and apply Linux and containerization concepts to support software development and deployment processes.
- Developing Testable Requirements: Collaborate with engineers to develop testable requirements that meet project specifications.
- Methods of Verification for Testing: Develop and implement methods of verification to ensure thorough testing and validation of systems and components.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $92,500 - $171,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
