Job Description:

 

This role will be primarily responsible for ensuring government material flowing through the repair process is managed in accordance with the customers Capital Asset Visibility (CAV) requirements. The Business Analyst will maintain updates into customer-owned databases and internal applications in a timely manner to meet CAV contract requirements. The Business Analyst will directly support the Program Management Office to ensure program success while working with key stakeholders. This position will also be directly responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering metrics for the program by working with key stakeholders to understand data visualization and reporting requirements. This position will have a direct impact in delivering meaningful information and recommendations aimed at improving program performance.

 

Essential Functions:

 

• Manage customer owned system status updates to reflect accurate program performance in alignment with the contract Statement of Work
• Work directly with customer to resolve any customer application discrepancies in a timely manner and brief to leadership on program status in customer owned ERP system
• Key Performance Indicator Reporting on the program such as turnaround times, on time delivery and quality performance
• Manage scope to ensure continued alignment with contract or internal requirements and budgets
• Create and maintain system driven project plans and action item lists
• Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to oversee cost/schedule execution of the task and resolution of technical issues with the Program Manager
• Monitor product/project from initiation through completion and/or customer acceptance
• Manage schedule and delivery of contract deliverables with the Program Manager
• Assist in capture efforts 
• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance through continuous improvement initiatives (E3)

 

Qualifications:

 

Must Have an Active Secret Clearance to Start
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

 

• Knowledge of SAP/Oracle
• Advanced analytics in Excel
