Job Description:
The Lead Supply Chain Manager is an essential member of the EW Supply Chain Management team providing Supply Chain Program Management of assigned program or enterprise material. You will be responsible for successful completion of assigned programs, which includes dotted-line management of Supply Chain resources on a portfolio of programs. You will also ensure program contractual requirements are well defined, universally understood, and compliant to achieve program objectives. The Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for overall program Supply Chain performance including meeting all delivery dates on time and within budget. You will be the main point of contact between the program team and the Supply Chain team and will provide Supply Chain direction on the program/portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Other tasks may include providing oversight and driving results for items such as solicitations, fact finding, sourcing and subcontract execution. The ideal individual will be recognized as an internal expert and thought leader in Supply Chain efforts and has broad experience across multiple job areas or through increasing responsibility. The individual may become an authority in some supplier relationships. The individual will generally work independently but will consult with functional leadership to ensure alignment across the business. The individual must be effective at communicating to internal and external stakeholders and has the ability to influence at all levels. The individual will be considered an authority figure, and may provide informal coaching or mentorship to other Supply Chain staff.
Essential Functions:
- Lead Supply Chain efforts in support of assigned pursuits, proposals and programs.
- Responsible for the Supply Chain labor and material cost, schedule, quality, and risk management of assigned programs.
- Understand/Report/Influence Supply Chain Program KPIs.
- Manage releationships with the program and Supply Chain cross-functional team.
- Drive program reviews on behalf of Supply Chain, including internal management reviews and customer-facing status reviews on program material and Supply Chain labor.
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks and opportunities; implement mitigation and recovery plans as needed.
- Partner with engineering, operations, finance, contracts, supply chain, quality, and business development to achieve program objectives.
- Support strategic efforts that assist in meeting business goals and objectives.
- Assist in training of junior members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Represent as a Supply Chain leader in some supplier executive reviews and internal management reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 9+ years of experience. Graduate degree and minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- Willingness to travel (25% of the time anticipated).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and earned value or similar program performance management tools experience.
- Experience with various program lifecycles (development, production, sustainment).
- Has an active clearance or has the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, program management.
- Experience with L3Harris Systems, Policies & Procedures.
- PMP Certified.
- Cost Account Management (CAM) certified with practical experience.
- Experienced in Proposal and Capture activities.
- Experience with risk and opportunity management.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional teams.
- Experience with major subcontracted efforts on a program.
- Ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Self starter; ability to work in ambiguous conditions.
- Some contracting knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARs.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $100,000 - $186,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
