Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off    

Job Description:

• Assist in developing strategies for the implementation of CI.
• Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work.
• Collect and maintain CI records for the work area, including recording scores, creating action lists, participating as necessary, and investigating and documenting issues.
• Collect data about current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities.
• Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget. 
• Identify waste in processes and work to remove it. 
• Work closely with the operations team to establish work standards.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.   

   

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge in SQL coding, Tableau, and Lean Six Sigma.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $81,500 - $97,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
