Job Description:

Responsible for providing maintenance and janitorial support of physical facilities or coordinating food services. Physical facilities responsibilities may include cleaning, grounds-keeping, packing and moving office furniture and/or equipment, handling all work by-products (i.e. trash pick-up, processing recyclables, and debris) in offices, laboratories, manufacturing areas, or cleanrooms. May support maintenance mechanics, simple projects, spot painting, and/or light construction. Food services responsibilities include setting up all necessary materials needed for special meal or nourishment being served using established procedures and standards. Performs related clerical duties, such as food item selection and inventory, cook, and clean-up. May be responsible for supporting coordination and facilitation of vendors for work to be completed at L3Harris Sites.

Essential Functions:

• Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
• Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Follows established processes to complete tasks. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
• Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task-related activities.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Requires developing job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
