Job Description:

ARDE Inc., the U.S. leader in manufacturing pressure vessels for space applications, is seeking a dedicated Aluminum Cleaning Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will perform specialized cleaning processes to prepare aluminum components for aerospace applications.

Essential Functions:

• Perform aluminum cleaning processes, including chemical cleaning and surface preparation.
• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures to ensure proper cleaning.
• Inspect cleaned components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain and monitor cleaning equipment and chemical solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with chemical cleaning processes in aerospace or similar industries.
• Familiarity with handling and cleaning aerospace-grade materials.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for working with chemicals.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
