Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a International Inside Sales Support Specialist to support and expand critical sales operations for the Tactical Data Link (TDL) business across international customers and partners. This role serves as the primary customer advocate and central point of contact for international quote requests, CRM accuracy, and sales enablement activities, while providing backup support for domestic sales operations as needed. 

 

The position is essential to accelerating quote responsiveness, ensuring accurate coordination across international stakeholders, and supporting order growth in alignment with U.S. export regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end quote coordination for price-list–based products, maintain CRM data integrity, and support international business development by providing continuity while they are in the field. This role will work closely with International Sales, Program Management, Contracts, Export Compliance, and Operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution. Contributions in this role are critical to meeting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives and delivering essential equipment to allied and partner forces.

 

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end quote coordination for price-list–based products, maintain CRM data integrity, and support account managers by providing continuity while they are in the field. This role will be cross-trained to support international scope and will work closely with Sales, Program Management, Contracts, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution. Contributions in this role are crucial to meeting AOP objectives and delivering essential equipment to the warfighter.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the primary customer interface for international inbound quote requests and sales support inquiries
  • Manage quote intake, scoping, configuration, and pricing for TDL price book items supporting international customers
  • Ensure accurate tracking, prioritization, and documentation of requests within CRM
  • Maintain data consistency across recurring, duplicate, and multi-region quote requests
  • Coordinate with Contracts and Export Compliance to ensure quotes align with International Traffic in Arms / Export Administration Regulations (ITAR/EAR) and country-specific requirements
  • Follow up on open and expired quotes to support opportunity conversion
  • Identify and support upsell opportunities in coordination with International Sales
  • Provide backup customer support for domestic account managers as required
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams supporting international TDL customers
  • Support demo pool coordination, help desk activities, and audit documentation related to international programs
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of TDL products, configurations, applications, and export considerations

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0–3 years of related experience; OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience

  • Entry-level to early-career candidate interested in a customer-facing international sales career path or a springboard into other exciting career paths 
  • Engineering, technical, or international business background preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong customer service and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests across time zones with clear prioritization
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Contracts, PM, Operations, and compliance

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $76,000 - $141,500.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
