Job Description: 

This position will represent L3Harris and be responsible for the coordination and delivery of training for multiple product lines.  Perform as a standalone instructor as well as develop and maintain course curriculum.  Professionally communicate with SSP205 and associated representatives.  May be required to travel approximately 20% of the year.

Essential Functions:

• Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Develop/Maintain Course Curriculum, maintain an electronic classroom.
• Instruct In-Tube Conversion (ITC) Course classes.
• Instruct M240R DRS classes, Provide instructor oversight.

Qualifications: 

• Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, or military equivalent technical experience in training.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to support work on various shifts with advanced notice.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the year.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Master Training Specialist qualifications or degree in teaching field.
• Experience with AIM, CPM, LOM, LEAD.
• Missile Technician.
• Experience with MT Continuum.
• Experience with SWSMIN/EWL.
• Experience with UAS.
• Knowledge of Submarine (SSBN) Hovering System.
• Experience with In-Tube Conversion course and operations.
