Job Schedule: 1st Shift 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off (5:00am – 2:30pm)

 

Job Description:

Looking for an experienced individual who can work in a fast paced environment, is self-motivated, and a positive team member. Personal warranty & quality service is required. Customer service oriented with great communication skills a MUST, both in person and over the phone.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Process incoming work orders and customer requests
    • Receive and triage maintenance trouble calls and customer requests by determining priority/criticality, scheduling, accounting, responsible department and craft responsibility.
    • Process into appropriate work order type in MAESTRO for preventative and reactive work orders.
    • As required, contact appropriate craftsman, follow-up with customers for pertinent information, and/or forward to Planner/Scheduler to assure timely completion and release of work orders.
  • Close out and file work orders upon completion.
  • Responsible for maintaining and filing control records for maintenance assets and supporting audits of such records as required.
  • Maintain information of work to be accomplished, job status, in-work & completion dates, and cancelations of jobs and author reports as required.
  • Personal warranty & quality service required.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to read, follow work instructions and multitask.

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years minimum work experience

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience in Computer Maintenance Management Systems preferred
  • Computer & phone skills

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $29.34/hr - $43.76/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
