Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a supervisor to join our team in Camden, Arkansas. This position requires someone to work with parties inside and outside of their own team to explain and interpret policies, practices, and procedures. Understands basic supervisory approaches and has practical knowledge of the area.

Essential Functions:

• Provide day-to-day work directions for direct reports, focusing on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Provides input on hiring, firing, promotion, and/or compensation decisions for direct reports.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks.
• Maintain environmental compliance through reviewing inspections and maintaining accountability of <90-day storage areas.
• Oversee energetic firing line operations.
• Ability to identify problems and issues in a straight forward manner.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.

Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• You must acquire 40 Hr. HAZWOPER certification within 6 months.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience in maintaining <90-day storage areas
• Experience with disposal operations of energetic material
• Propellant and/or explosive experience
• Demonstrated ability to build a stable and effective team
