Job Description:

The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies is seeking a dynamic Operations Managment Supervisor to join our Camden, AR team. The Operations Managment will Supervisor directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations and at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor and is responsible for managing two or more of the following activities related to operations: manufacturing, production planning, manufacturing engineering, test, quality, or shipping/receiving/stores.

Essential Functions:

• Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.

• Conduct daily safety walks of areas.

• Manage the job functions for each team member and program.

• Plan the production for each week.

• Address all issues reviewed with team.

• Approve team member’s time.

• Review metrics for improvements.

• Ability to obtain US Security Clearence. 

Qualifcations:

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years prior Operations Management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years prior Operations Management experience.
