Job Description:

 

Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Segment, is seeking a Sr. Associate, Quality Analyst to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas supporting the Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment's Missile Solutions Sector. This role is critical to the timely success of our motor delivery to our customers, ensuring thorough and compliant review of production data books. 

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation.
  • Contributes to changes in systems and processes to solve problems.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.
  • Expected to propose solutions to problems for others to review. 
  • Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks.
  • Ability to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related administrative experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related administrative experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related administrative experience.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

 

  • Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
  • Experience in Documentation/Records Management or Configuration Management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document management, or equivalent, software.
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, government-related document submissions (examples, WAWFDD250, WARP entry, ADC submissions).
