Job Description:

 

L3Harris is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join our Facilities Organization at the Camden, AR facility. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including assisting with the reporting metrics and preparation of the annual capital investment plan, analyzing capital expenditure requests, and supporting business case analysis. The Finance Specialist will also be responsible for communicating with internal and external contacts to explain and interpret policies and procedures to identify changes pertaining to required approvals. Works to achieve Operational targets and recognize opportunities for efficiency.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual capital investment plan metrics.
  • Analyze capital expenditure requests and support business case analysis for accuracy.
  • Support and track the process of obtaining required approvals for compliancy.
  • Support Reporting the Forecast capital expenditures and compile financial reports and metrics.
  • Oversee revisions to related policies and procedures.
  • Aid in maintaining compliance and interface with internal and external audit organizations.
  • Maintain databases of expenditures, authorizations, and purchase orders.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • This position will be in-office, in Camden, Arkansas.
  • Candidates may be required to work overtime as needed to meet time sensitive objectives

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant facilities experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related facilities experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related finance experience

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

 

  • Project planning and forecasting.
  • Knowledge and practical application of Maestro and SAP-ARIBA tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
