Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Analyst to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas.

Essential Functions:

·         Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation.

·         Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects or assignments. 

·         Works to achieve operational targets within job area, which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.

·         Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.

·         Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review.

·         Ability to obtain a US Seceurity Clearance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Quality Analyst experience. Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

·         Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

·         Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.

·         Strong attention to detail.
