Job Description:

Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies Company, is seeking a Production Control team member to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. Our Production Control team supports Operations and performs professional assignments requiring general use and application of concepts, practices & techniques. 

Essential Functions:

• Manages components to support manufacturing schedule using internal ERP system (Oracle) to maintain inventory control. Reports issues to supervision for further escalation of the issues.
• Performs move orders to move inventory to production areas and communicates with various COE’s to ensure operations has everything needed for the assembly.
• Performs kitting operations as well as Material Supermarket management for inventory control.
• Performs physical counts and floor walks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identifies and communicates concerns and issues potential to production impacts. Works with the team to develop a solution to minimize the impact. Relays information to team members and management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. 

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-function/cross-site teams.
• Production Scheduling or Capacity Planning experience or demonstrated willingness to learn desired.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Oracle.
