Job Description:

The Missile Solutions Segment of L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Inventory Management Production Control team member to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. Under general supervision and following established policies and procedures, Inventory Management Production Control supports Operations and performs professional assignments requiring general use and application of concepts, practice & techniques.

Essential Functions:

• Manages components to support manufacturing schedule using internal ERP system (Oracle) to maintain inventory control. Reports issues to supervision for further escalation of the issues.
• Performs move orders to move inventory to production areas and will communicate with various COE’s to ensure operations have everything needed for the assembly.
• Performs kitting operations as well as Material Supermarket management for inventory control.
• Performs physical counts and floor walks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identifies and communicates concerns and issues potential to production impacts. Works with the team to develop a solution to minimize the impact. Relays information to team members and management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-function/cross-site teams.
• Production Scheduling or Capacity Planning experience or demonstrated willingness to learn desired.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Oracle.
