Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate Manager, Quality for the Aerojet Rocketdyne Segments Missile Solution Sector in Camden, AR. The role involves identifying and documenting quality discrepancies in various systems, implementing inspection standards and procedures, and leading internal audits to ensure compliance. Additionally, the position oversees testing department activities, develops inspection techniques, and participates in supplier corrective and preventive actions. 

Essential Functions: 

• Lead Quality Inspection Team for customer programs.
• Interface with multiple discipline leaders, Customer and on-site representative as required.
• Lead Quality Inspection Team to achieve AR site goals.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant quality experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related quality experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related quality experience.

Preferred Additional Skills: 

• Engineering or technical experience in the aerospace and defense industry. 
• GD&T knowledge.
• Knowledge of Maestro, Oracle, Delmia systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
• Knowledge of ISO and AS9100 auditing.
